- What payment method do you accept?
You can pay with any of the major credit cards, VISA, Master Card, American
Express, and also by check or cash.
- Do I need to be a legal resident of the United States?
You don't have to be a legal resident of the U.S. but you do have to
show a picture ID: passport, drivers license.
- Do you have Spanish-speaking employees?
In most of our locations we have bilingual personnel that will be glad
to help you in Spanish.
- Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, you don't have to sign a long-term lease, the contract is based
on a month-by-month lease.
- Do you offer insurance?
We do not insure your goods directly, however we do offer insurance
through Bob Bader Insurance Company, which is the largest provider of
"optional" personal property insurance to the self-storage industry
in the United States. We offer coverage to tenants at all our office
facilities and the cost is paid monthly along with the rent.
- Can I bring my own lock and key?
We supply a special lock and key, with only a $10.00 deposit that will
be returned to you when your contract finishes.
- Do you have parking space for boats, cars and RVs?
Boats, cars and RVs can be parked at our Airport East and Doral facilities.
- Are all your units air conditioned?
We offer both non-air or air conditioned units.
- What is the height of most of your units?
Height ranges from between 8 to 10 feet.
