In this case, I was strongly compelled to boast about the exceptional customer service I received from Kia at A+ Mini Storage. Arriving on a Sunday with another potential customer, thinking the place would be opened- it unfortunately was not. A nearby customer of the storage facility informed us A+ MS was not open on Sundays, however, she could call the manager for us. After making the call and speaking with Kia she came in on her day off to process two new customers for storage units. Both of us were extremely impressed how timely, detailed and thorough Kia was in finding us units to rent. We even went on a tour to see multiple size storages. The facility was clean; air-conditioned and well taken care of. You can't find people to come in on their day off and still deliver this type of service. In the end, she secured two units for us in less than an hour and the other renter and I were able to move our belongings that same day.
